Emilee Christopher began their work experience in 2007 as a Conference Participant at the Thurgood Marshall College Fund. Emilee then served as an Intern at Habitat for Humanity - Greater Greensboro, where they managed recruitment efforts and assisted with project proposals. In 2010, Emilee worked as an HR Teacher Certification & Recruitment Intern at Boston Public Schools, streamlining data collection and enhancing recruitment strategies. Emilee later joined Girls Preparatory Charter School of NY as an Operations Associate, where they managed day-to-day operations and coordinated relationships with vendors and organizations. Emilee then became the Director of Operations at the Girls Preparatory Charter School of New York, responsible for managing the school's budget. In 2012, they joined the Catalyst Network Foundation as the Director of Program Development, focusing on curriculum development and program logistics. Emilee worked at Education Pioneers as a Visiting Fellow in 2015 and as an Adjunct Professor at Baruch College - Continuing and Professional Studies (CAPS) from 2014 to 2016. Emilee then joined the Public Preparatory Network in various roles such as Director of Staff Recruitment, Director of Human Resources, and Managing Director of Talent. Emilee is currently serving as the Chief Talent Officer at Public Preparatory Network.
