Public Preparatory Network
Oliver McIndoe, Ed.M, currently serves as a Network Teacher Leader at Public Preparatory Network since July 2023 and as an English Language Arts Teacher at Boys Prep, where Oliver also held the role of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Coordinator from August 2022 to July 2023. Prior experience includes teaching at Hyde Leadership Charter School, Challenge Charter Middle School, and Tech International Charter School, where Oliver developed curricula aligned with Common Core standards and monitored student growth through assessments. Early career roles include art teaching positions and substitute teaching, with initial administrative support experience at City College of New York. Oliver holds a Master's Degree in English Secondary Education and a Bachelor of Arts in English, both from The City College of New York.
