Melanie Rice

Melanie Rice, ABC, is the Principal and Owner of Crux Strategic Communications, an independent consulting firm established in January 2014, specializing in strategic communications for corporate, private, and nonprofit clients. With extensive experience in employee and marketing communications, Melanie has held significant roles at leading organizations, including Director of Corporate Communications at Newmont Mining Corporation and Director of Global Internal Communications at Molson Coors. Melanie's background features key projects such as post-merger change communications for a Fortune 1000 company and developing a global internal branding program. Active in professional organizations, Melanie serves as Co-Chair of the Employee Communications Section for PRSA Colorado and President of IABC Colorado. Melanie holds a BS in Quantitative Analysis from the University of Oregon and an MBA in Marketing from Golden Gate University.
