Vada Wilson

Vada Wilson, MPS, DES, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in public relations and event management. Since November 2010, Vada has held multiple leadership roles at the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA), currently serving as Director of Professional Interest Sections, where responsibilities include fostering relationships with volunteer leaders and stakeholders across various industries, and developing training, events, and tailored content for members. Vada also served as a Strategic Planning Meeting Facilitator for Footsteps to Follow, Inc. and was previously the Director of Membership Resources and Communications at Amnesty International. Vada holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Journalism from LIU Post and a Master of Professional Science in Human Relations from the New York Institute of Technology, along with a Sustainable Event Professionals Certificate from the Events Industry Council.
