Nichole Harris has over two decades of experience in the field of corrections and criminal justice. Currently serving as a Corrections ARDC Specialist III with the Louisiana Department of Public Safety and Corrections since October 1999, Nichole also holds the position of Criminal Justice Policy Planner at the Louisiana Commission on Law Enforcement since May 2019. Previously, Nichole worked as a Specialist at the Louisiana Board of Pardons from February 2013 to May 2019 and as an ARDC Specialist at DOC Headquarters from October 1997 to May 2019. Nichole's academic credentials include an Executive Master of Science in Criminal Justice from Southern University and Agricultural and Mechanical College at Baton Rouge (2016-2017) and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix (2011-2016).
