Tania María Rosario

Tania María Rosario is an experienced labor organizer and advocate for workers' rights, currently serving as an Organizer for the Public School Employees of Washington since 2018. With a prior role as Council Representative Lead at WFSE, AFSCME Council 28, Tania worked on improving employee benefits and advocating for social justice. Tania has held various leadership positions, including Operations Manager at Puget Sound Sage, Staff Director at UFCW Local 367, and Political Director at SEIU 6 Property Services. Tania's background also includes serving as the Boards & Commissions Administrator for the City of Seattle and managing an independent public relations firm, TMR Solutions. Tania has a strong foundation in public policy, community engagement, and strategic organizing, supported by a degree from Ohio University.
