Pam Sanders

Data Scientist at Public Sector Consultants

As a PSC data scientist, Pam has found the perfect way to combine her love for political science and research with her introverted nature. She gets to spend a good deal of time programming surveys and turning sizable amounts of data into useful information. In addition to analyzing quantitative data, Pam enjoys categorizing and synthesizing open‐ended survey and interview responses so that clients have a way to understand and measure respondents’ input. Although Pam is most happy alone at her computer, she does step outside her comfort zone to work directly with clients and colleagues. At these times, Pam admits that she enjoys the human interaction that her job demands.

Aside from survey research, Pam relishes performing other types of research as well, such as literature reviews, and regularly writing reports, notes, and other summary documents.

Pam has over 20 years of experience working in various offices as an administrative assistant, an office manager, an accounting clerk, and a human resources assistant. Her history with PSC also includes roles as a consultant, research assistant, and program assistant, positions which she’s held during her 14 plus years with the firm.
