Todd Parker

Director of Programs for Michigan Saves at Public Sector Consultants

Todd is a renaissance man with the mind of an analyst. A forester and rugged outdoorsman at heart, he is just as comfortable discussing nature or college football as he is energy policy, ecosystem services, and corporate sustainability. No matter the topic, his love of learning drives him to ask questions, engage with people, and exhaustively explore options.

Todd serves as the director of programs for Michigan Saves, a multimillion‐dollar nonprofit organization managed by PSC whose mission is to stimulate and support investment in energy efficiency and renewable energy systems in homes, businesses, and public buildings. He assists homeowners and business owners, oversees a network of authorized contractors, supports new program development and operational management, evaluates and improves quality assurance efforts, and analyzes data on loan trends.

Prior to joining the firm, Todd was a senior manager at the Delta Institute and worked throughout the Great Lakes region to build a resilient environment and economy through sustainable, market‐driven solutions.
