Kathy H. is an experienced IT Project Manager at the Public Service Alliance of Canada since March 2022. Previously, Kathy served as a Business Coach at HelloYou Coaching from September 2018 to March 2022, specializing in transformational coaching for women in management and entrepreneurship. As the Founder and Owner of HertiesHR from January 2004 to March 2022, Kathy leveraged over 20 years in various HR roles, including COO and VP of HR, to provide strategic and operational HR consulting services. Additionally, Kathy was a Past TEC Chair and Trusted Advisor at TEC Canada from February 2012 to 2015, participating in leadership development for business owners. Kathy holds a BA from Western University and an MBA in IT Project Management from Royal Roads University.
