Cesar Arriaga has extensive experience in customer service and operations, currently serving as Process Lead for Call Quality Assurance at PSEG since November 2008, following roles as Customer Operations Supervisor and Customer Service Representative within the same organization. Previously, Cesar held the position of Branch Manager at Enterprise Rent-A-Car from 1999 to 2008. Educationally, Cesar holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish and French Literature from Rutgers University, obtained between 1995 and 1999.
