Deb Pool

Deb Pool, SPHR, serves as the Senior Director of HR - Talent, Learning, and Organizational Development at PSEG since July 2017, focusing on talent governance, succession planning, and organizational development strategies. Previous roles include Director of Learning and Organizational Development at PSEG and Senior Manager of Leadership and Organizational Development at the Tennessee Valley Authority. Deb's extensive experience encompasses organizational effectiveness, leadership development, and talent management across various organizations, including NextEra Energy, the Institute of Nuclear Power Operations, and Progress Energy. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and completion of the College of Executive Coaching program in 2019.
