Joan Gomez

Joan Gomez is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in organizational engagement and development. Currently serving as the Organizational Engagement & Performance Lead at PSEG since April 2019, Joan has also held the position of Global Organizational Development Lead at Ortho Clinical Diagnostics from April 2018 to April 2019. Joan's career at PSEG began in January 2013 as an HR Sr. Consultant focused on organizational engagement, learning, and development. Earlier roles include Education Specialist at Siemens Healthcare, Bioanalytics Development at Schering-Plough Research Institute, and Product Development at BioArray Solutions. Joan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Rutgers College, earned between 2000 and 2004.
