Jodi Moskowitz has extensive experience in the energy regulatory field, currently serving as Vice President Regulatory - Law, Deputy General Counsel & RTO Strategy Officer at PSEG since September 1995. Moskowitz leads PSEG's federal energy regulatory practice, focusing on FERC matters related to the electric transmission and nuclear generation sectors, as well as overseeing PJM Strategy and NERC Reliability Standards compliance. Previous roles at PSEG include Senior Director of Transmission Strategy, Rates and Policy, and General Regulatory Counsel - Operations and Compliance, where significant accomplishments included resolving a FERC Market-Based Rates audit and securing approval for a substantial high voltage transmission project. Prior to PSEG, Moskowitz was an Associate at Fulbright & Jaworski LLP, working on FERC gas pipeline rate matters. Moskowitz holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a Juris Doctor from the University of Connecticut.
