Kenneth T. Kimmel

Kenneth T. Kimmel, P.E. is a seasoned civil engineering professional with extensive experience in project management and civil design engineering. Currently serving as Manager of Civil Design Engineering at PSEG since May 2014, Kenneth leads a team focused on the engineering and design performance of electric delivery substation projects, ensuring objectives are met within scope, budget, and schedule. Previously, Kenneth worked as Project Engineer at the New Jersey Turnpike Authority from March 2007 to May 2014, overseeing construction activities and coordinating with various stakeholders throughout project phases. Earlier in Kenneth’s career, from September 2000 to March 2007, the role of Project Manager was held at Railroad Construction Company, managing construction and renovation projects. Kenneth holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from New Jersey Institute of Technology.
