Marc McKinley

Marc McKinley currently serves as the Manager of Market Analysis and Customer Operations at PSEG, a position held since February 2017, where responsibilities include developing the Customer Operations team for the company's Energy Solutions retail business. Prior to this, Marc McKinley worked at Direct Energy from November 2013 to February 2017 as a Process Excellence Manager, overseeing cross-functional project initiatives, and held various roles including Electric Settlements Manager, managing complex power deals and generation bids. Earlier experience at Hess Corporation from September 2005 to October 2013 included leadership in Electric Settlements and projects as a Six Sigma Black Belt. Marc McKinley's career began at The Trane Company, where responsibilities included leading engineering teams in product redesign. Marc McKinley earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Tech.
