Michael Hyun

Michael Hyun currently serves as Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at PSEG, where responsibilities include overseeing the corporate and commercial counsel groups and leading the supply chain strategy as chief procurement officer. Previously, Michael held the titles of Deputy General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Public Service Enterprise Group Incorporated, managing corporate governance and SEC compliance. Prior to PSEG, Michael practiced at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP as a corporate associate, specializing in banking, M&A, and securities law. Michael's early experience includes serving as a sergeant in the Defense Security Agency and working as a researcher at the Seoul National University Center for Public Interest Law. Michael holds a J.D. from Columbia Law School and an LL.B. from Seoul National University.
