Nicole Severt

Nicole Severt has over two decades of experience in the engineering and project management fields, currently serving as a Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) Expert at PSEG since June 2009, where previous roles included Manager of Project Controls, Manager of Utility Business Strategy, Principal Work Integration Manager, and Staff Engineer. Prior to PSEG, Nicole held the position of Mechanical Engineering Manager at Layne Christensen Company and worked as a Purchasing Coordinator at Valois of America. Additional experience includes roles at NItech, Inc., Roberts Filter Group, and Midstate Engineering. Nicole earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Rutgers University from 2020 to 2023 and a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Mechanical Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology from 1995 to 1999.
