Parshwa Shah

Parshwa Shah is a highly experienced engineer currently serving as the Principal Lead Relay Protection Engineer - Technical at PSEG since January 2024, following a role as Principal Protection & Control Engineer at ExecuPOWER LLC. Previously, Shah spent several years at PSEG in various capacities, including Staff Engineer - System Protection and Substation Relay Supervisor, and worked at Con Edison as an Equipment & Field Engineer among other roles. Shah has strong expertise in substation equipment operation and electric distribution systems, underpinned by a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance & Operations Management from Baruch College and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Rutgers University.
