Patricia Vargas

Patricia (Patti) Vargas, CFE, currently serves as an Ethics & Compliance Investigator at PSEG since March 2020. With extensive experience in investigative roles, Vargas previously held positions as a Senior Auditor and Investigator at Prudential Financial from April 2012 to February 2020, and as a Specialist in Investigations at Con Edison between April 2010 and March 2012, focusing on employee misconduct and workplace fairness. Earlier experience includes conducting compliance investigations as a Paralegal at AXA Equitable, and serving as an Investigator with the New York City Department of Transportation and the Civilian Complaint Review Board, where investigations centered on employee fraud and allegations against police officers. Vargas holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from John Jay College (CUNY) and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Rutgers University - Newark.
