Shane Blanchard

Shane Blanchard is a seasoned security professional with extensive experience in both civilian and military roles. Currently serving as Security Operations Manager at PSEG since October 2013, Blanchard has previously held positions as Security Training Manager and Manager of Security Training. Prior experience includes a long tenure at G4S Secure Solutions (USA) Inc., from August 1998 to September 2014, where Blanchard was a Nuclear Security Training Instructor, focusing on the strategic oversight and management of nuclear security training programs. Blanchard's career began in the US Air Force from 1994 to 1998, serving as a law enforcement specialist, earning the honor graduate designation from the Air Force Security Police Academy, and managing physical security duties. Education was pursued at Norfolk State University.
