Wanda Nieves

Wanda Nieves is a seasoned human resources professional currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at PSEG since August 2023. In this role, Wanda collaborates with senior leaders to shape people strategies and promote an inclusive culture while overseeing critical functions such as leadership development, performance management, talent acquisition, and organizational design. Prior to this position, Wanda held the role of Human Resources Business Partner at the New Jersey Institute of Technology from August 2021 to August 2023, where engagement with management and employees focused on aligning HR strategies with institutional goals. Previously, Wanda contributed to The Brunswick School as a Human Resources Business Partner and served as Director of Human Resources at Prudential Financial, managing all human capital activities for the Individual Life Insurance group. Wanda holds a Master of Business Administration in Strategy & Leadership and Global Business from Rutgers Business School.
