Currently serving as Vice President of Product at the Public Services Health & Safety Association, Ladhani previously held senior leadership roles at Wynshop, including Senior Vice President of Product and Technology, where responsibilities encompassed R&D, product management, and devOps/SRE. Adil has extensive experience in leading product strategies, data-driven decision-making, and market analyses, having contributed to launching the Wynshop brand. Prior tenures at Mi9 Retail saw Ladhani drive product vision and strategy for retail technology, and experience also includes roles in business intelligence and software engineering at various organizations. Ladhani holds a Bachelor of Computer Science from the University of Waterloo and an MBA from the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management.
