Chris Arsenault

Chris Arsenault is a seasoned professional in occupational health and safety with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Director at Public Services Health & Safety Association since September 2023 and as a Contract Trainer for the Mental Health Commission of Canada’s The Working Mind program since February 2022, Chris focuses on promoting mental health and wellbeing in organizations. Previous roles include Senior Environmental Health and Safety Consultant at WSP in Canada, Senior Manager of Occupational Health and Safety at OpenText, and Manager of Health and Safety at the Region of Waterloo, where responsibilities included managing a team and developing safety programs. Chris's career began as a Health and Safety Coordinator at KidsAbility and includes a foundational role as Environmental Health and Safety Specialist at Skyjack. Chris holds a B.Sc. in Chemistry and Environmental Science from Western University and a Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety from Conestoga College.
