Kristofer Golder

Kristofer Golder is a seasoned professional in real estate development, currently serving as the Vice President of Development at Public Storage since December 2024. Prior to this role, Kristofer held various positions at DJM from March 2019 to November 2024, including Vice President of Development, Director of Development, and Senior Development Manager. Kristofer's experience also includes serving as Development Manager at Onni Group of Companies and Development Director at Equity Residential.
