Nathan Tan

Nathan Tan has an extensive work experience spanning over several organizations. Nathan began working at Bank of America in 1997, where they held various roles such as SVP of Talent Management and 1st VP of Recruitment. Nathan later joined the Human Capital Management Institute in 2009 as the COO of Analytics and Principal. Finally, in 2017, they joined Public Storage as the VP of Talent Acquisition and was recently promoted to SVP and Head of Human Resources.
