Paul S. Williams

Paul S. Williams has been a Trustee at Public Storage since June 2021. Prior to that, they served as the President and Chair of the Chicago Chapter of the National Association of Corporate Directors from September 2017 to June 2021. Paul was also a Managing Director at Allegis Partners from October 2015 to January 2019.

Paul has extensive experience in corporate governance and executive search. Paul has focused on identifying top board candidates and assessing organizational corporate governance, as well as conducting corporate in-house searches for general counsel and other senior-level positions.

Paul is a certified Board Leadership Fellow and is dedicated to advancing corporate governance best practices.
