Reza Mahdavian

Reza Mahdavian, PMP, is an experienced professional with a strong background in project management and process improvement. Reza has held various leadership roles in reputable organizations, starting with their tenure at CMCS as a Senior Consultant from 2006 to 2008. Following this, they worked as the Manager of Project Controls at Al Futtaim - Group Real Estate, overseeing project progress reporting and implementing project management systems. Reza then joined Deloitte as an Assistant Director, where they led the design and implementation of project management and project controls systems for global real estate firms. Reza ranked as the top leader in billable hours across Europe and the Middle East. Subsequently, Reza joined Honeywell - Performance Materials and Technologies as the Global Leader of the Project Risk Management Office, responsible for building a worldwide project risk management office. In their role, they focused on proactive strategies to manage risks and utilized tools to improve project controls. Finally, they joined Public Storage as the Senior Director of Business Improvement and Transformation, where they played a key role in optimizing control systems and driving strategic initiatives for process enhancement and operational excellence. As the Vice President of Finance and Real Estate Applications, Reza continues to make significant contributions to the company. Reza Mahdavian, PMP holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Amirkabir University of Technology - Tehran Polytechnic. Reza has also obtained additional certifications including PMP from the Project Management Institute, Primavera P6 Certified Instructor from Oracle, and Six Sigma Green Belt from Honeywell.
