Ashley Smith

Ashley Smith is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in compliance and real estate law. Currently serving as Senior Compliance Manager at Public Strategies since August 2023, Ashley also holds the position of Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Rose Rock Development Partners, focusing on complex urban development projects. Additionally, Ashley is the owner and attorney at JAS Law Group, PLLC, specializing in real estate and business law. Previous roles include co-founder and CEO of CrowdSeekr, General Counsel at QuiBids, and Chief Legal Counsel at The Polya Group, among others. Ashley earned a JD from the University of Oklahoma College of Law and a BBA in Marketing from Oklahoma Christian University.
