Cliff Billings

Cliff Billings has extensive experience in ticket operations and customer service within the performing arts sector. Currently serving as a Ticket Operation Specialist at NYU Skirball since November 2021, Cliff manages the Scholastix discount program and oversees ticketing using the Tessitura system for various events. Additional roles include Box Office Associate at The Public Theater since October 2016, where processing transactions and delivering exceptional customer service are key responsibilities. Previous positions encompass Guest Service Representative at Broadway Across America and Project Manager for The ONE Festival, showcasing a diverse skill set in ticket sales, box office management, and event coordination. Cliff holds an Associate’s Degree in Musical Theatre from the American Musical and Dramatic Academy.
