Crystal L. has a diverse range of work experience spanning several industries. Crystal began their career as a Customer Service Representative at Princess Cruises and later worked as a Sales Associate at Merrill Lynch. Crystal then joined MetLife as a Regional Account Manager, where they managed pension assets and provided retirement services education.

After leaving MetLife, Crystal started their own company called Crystal Lynn Retirement Consulting Services, where they offered qualified retirement plan and deferred compensation consulting services. Crystal also conducted on-site and virtual group education seminars and workshops.

Crystal then worked as a Program Manager at WHW, where they developed classroom learning and development solutions for empowering employment success. Crystal also maintained relationships with community partners to provide employment programs.

Following their time at WHW, Crystal served as an Event Business Development Consultant at Urban Pie, where they solicited lease agreements, negotiated vendor relationships, and trained staff for special event expectations.

Crystal later joined the University of Southern California as a Sales Manager, where they researched and developed special event profit-generating opportunities and managed event logistics. Crystal also volunteered as a Nonprofit Advocate, facilitating programs for high school students and organizing donation programs.

Afterwards, Crystal worked as a Sales Manager at the Keck School of Medicine of the University of Southern California.

Most recently, Crystal joined ASM Global as a Catering Sales Manager, where they were responsible for selling catering services and strategies for events at prestigious arenas, stadiums, and performing arts venues.

Currently, Crystal is the Director of Investment Advisory Services at Public Trust Advisors, LLC, an investment advisory firm specializing in providing management and advisory services for the public sector.

Crystal L. has a degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management from Stevens - The Institute of Business & Arts. Crystal also attended Patricia Stevens Career College, where they studied Travel & Tourism, Etiquette & Finishing. Additionally, Crystal has obtained several certifications, including All Seated Certified Professional from Allseated, Certified Speaking Professional (CSP) from Toastmasters International, and Pharmaceutical, Biotech, Medical, Life Sciences certification from Meeting Professionals International. Crystal also holds The FINRA Series 6, 7, 63 certifications from FINRA and The Variable Life, Health and Disability Insurance License from the California Department of Insurance.
