Anna-May Graaf's work experience begins in 2002 as a Retail Sales & Warehouse Support at National Art Supplies. Anna-May later worked as an Intern Art Director & Designer at Wow Rapp Collins - WRC in 2007 and as an Art Director at The Agent-C from 2008 to 2010. From 2010 to 2013, Anna-May held positions as an Account Executive and later an Account Manager at FCB New Zealand. In 2013, they became a Campaign Manager at Animates Vetcare NZ before transitioning to roles such as Senior Campaign Manager, eCommerce & Digital Manager, and Integrated Marketing Manager. In 2018, Anna-May worked as a Website Project Manager at National Art Supplies and then became a Customer Growth and Content Manager at Animates Vetcare NZ in 2019. Anna-May also served as the Marketing Manager at Band of Boys in 2021 before joining Public Trust as a Digital Experience Lead. Currently, Anna-May is a Senior Digital Growth Lead at Public Trust, where they are involved in projects to improve customer engagement and increase understanding of different products.
Anna-May Graaf has a diverse education history. Anna-May earned a Certificate in Frontline Management from ServiceIQ | Te Pūkenga from 2018 to 2020. In 2012 and 2013, they obtained a Certificate of Digital Direct from MA.educate (Marketing Association), focusing on Marketing. Anna-May also holds a Bachelor of Graphic Design from Auckland University of Technology, which they completed from 2006 to 2008, with a major in Advertising. Prior to their tertiary education, they completed their NCEA (Level 1, 2 & 3) at St Cuthbert's College between 1993 and 2005.
