Mark Stedman

Mark Stedman is an experienced professional in the food and beverage industry with a diverse background spanning over three decades. Currently, Mark serves as a Senior Project Manager and Learning and Development Business Partner at Publica Group Ltd since September 2020. Prior to this, Mark held the position of Project Manager (Allergens) at JUST EAT, focusing on the implementation of new menu processes across multiple countries. Mark's extensive experience also includes significant roles at the National Trust, where responsibilities included leading food and beverage operations and providing expert support across numerous properties. Previous positions at Compass Group UK & Ireland and Gala Casinos further demonstrate Mark's expertise in managing high-profile catering contracts and developing service offerings.
