Fiorella Polar has worked in various roles since 2013. Fiorella began their career as an Agent of Service to Passengers at LAN Airlines in 2013. In 2015, they became a Pre-Professional Practitioner of Organizational Learning at Belcorp. In 2017, they were a Professional Practitioner of Administration and Finance at GMP | Grupo Graña y Montero. From 2018 to 2020, they worked as Flight Crew and Commercial Assistant at LATAM Airlines. In 2021, they became Regional Sales Manager B2B at publica.la and Commercial Assistant B2B at Topitop. Additionally, in 2020 they Co-Founded and became the Digital Commercial Director of Productos Alimenticios El Artesano.

Fiorella Polar completed a Bachelor's Degree in Administration and Marketing from the Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas in 2012-2017. In 2019-2020, they obtained a Licenciada en Marketing from the same university. In 2020, they completed a Course of Training in Content Marketing from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú. Additionally, they have obtained two certifications: Excel Empresarial 2016 from CCIDEP in 2016, and Marketing Digital from Google Actívate in 2020.
