Johanna Cruz

Johanna Cruz has extensive experience in marketing and business management, currently serving in new business management and as project coordinator for BTL and trade marketing at Publicidad Comercial MullenLowe El Salvador since June 2020. Prior to this role, Johanna worked at Punto Trade Marketing as a supervisor for telecommunications merchandisers, overseeing retail routes and strategic proposals to meet sales goals. As marketing and sales manager for Restaurante Guadalupano, a family business, Johanna successfully established the brand as a top delivery option in Lourdes Colón. Earlier positions include managing marketing at Aces, Escuela de Manejo, where Johanna developed partnerships for member benefits and tailored sales strategies, and at Autódromo Internacional El Jabalí, focusing on event promotion and advertising. Additional experience includes sports photography and event organization, alongside academic credentials in marketing and advertising from Universidad Francisco Gavidia.
