Sarah Bast has a diverse range of work experience in the field of media and marketing. Sarah started their career at the National Broadcasting Company as a Games Services Assistant for NBC Olympics. Sarah then worked as a Marketing Assistant for the NY Knicks at The Madison Square Garden Company. Sarah then moved on to Universal Orlando where they served as an Associate Representative, overseeing national and regional promotions. Sarah later joined Bristol Myers Squibb as a Communication Analyst before transitioning to MS3 as an Account/Media Manager, where they developed interactive plans and media analyses for various clients. Sarah then joined MediaCom as a Media Manager, responsible for managing GSK's brands. Sarah later worked at Digitas Health as a Media Supervisor and then as a Media Director, leading strategic digital media campaigns for pharmaceutical clients. Sarah went on to work at Razorfish Health as a Vice President Group Director, providing leadership and direction to the media team. Sarah joined Publicis Health Media as a Vice President, and later held the roles of Group Vice President, SVP, and EVP. In addition, Sarah is also a Member of the Board of Directors for the Point of Care Marketing Association. Overall, Sarah Bast has extensive experience in media and marketing, with a focus on healthcare and pharmaceutical industries.

Sarah Bast attended the Schreyer Honors College at Penn State from 1997 to 2001, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Recreation & Park Management. In 2000, they participated in the 2000 Olympics Study Abroad Program at UNSW. In 2019, they were recognized as the HBA Rising Star Award Winner by the Healthcare Businesswomen's Association.
