Magda Tarkowska

Magda Tarkowska is an Executive Manager in the Technology PERM Team at Michael Page, where responsibilities include team management, business development, and recruiting top talent in various technology sectors, such as Software, Cyber Security, and Data Science, starting from October 2023. Previously, Magda held the position of Head of Talent Attraction at PageGroup, focusing on talent acquisition strategies and employer branding from July 2021 to September 2023. Earlier experience includes a Manager role at Michael Page, specializing in retail recruitment, and an Associate Manager position at Peek & Cloppenburg, overseeing recruitment and talent management in the CEE region. Magda began the recruitment career at Page Personnel as a Senior Consultant. Academic qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Psychology from Uniwersytet SWPS and a Bachelor’s Degree in Culture Studies from the University of Warsaw.
