Rakesh Singh

Rakesh Singh is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition with extensive experience across diverse industries. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Head of Talent Acquisition at Publicis Groupe since 2021, Rakesh oversees recruitment efforts across multiple sectors in India. Previously, Rakesh held the role of Senior Director of Talent Acquisition at Birlasoft, managing a large team and developing predictive hiring models. Rakesh also led the recruitment team at ICICI Lombard, focusing on sales-driven roles, and worked as a Talent Acquisition Leader at Deloitte, managing various recruitment initiatives. Earlier experience includes a Talent Acquisition Lead position at GE and HR Manager roles in the insurance and investment banking sectors. Rakesh holds a Master’s degree in Personnel Management from Pune University and a Bachelor’s degree in Quantum Mechanics from Wadia College.
