Cynthia Fannon

Cynthia Fannon has extensive legal experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Assistant Deputy General Counsel and Managing Counsel at Lion Re:Sources, a Publicis Groupe Company since 2009, Cynthia previously held the position of VP, Legal Counsel at Leo Burnett Detroit, Inc. from 2000 to 2009. Earlier in her career, Cynthia worked as an attorney at Humphrey, Hannon, Moriarity & Schoener from 1995 to 2000, specializing in insurance defense, and at Best & Best, P.C. as both an attorney and law clerk from 1993 to 1995 in a general practice law firm. Cynthia holds a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from Wayne State University Law School (1995) and a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Michigan (1992).
