Johan Serfontein

Johan Serfontein currently serves as the Chief Accounting Officer (CAO) and Financial Controller at Re:Sources, a Publicis Groupe Company, since March 2014. Previously, Johan held the position of Management Accountant at Hymans Robertson from June 2011 to March 2014 and has extensive experience at Re:Sources, where roles included Acting Financial Controller and Financial Accountant between June 2007 and June 2011. Early career experience includes financial accounting at Life Healthcare from January 2004 to June 2007 and accounting and audit management at Ross Pienaar Auditor from January 2001 to December 2003. Johan holds CIMA qualifications obtained between 2009 and 2011, as well as degrees in Accounting from the University of South Africa (2001-2006) and Law from the University of Pretoria (1998-2000), following a secondary education at Middelburg High School (1993-1997).
