Emmanuel Antwi

Emmanuel Antwi is a Salesforce Consultant at Publicis Sapient, where work commenced in June 2021. Previously, Emmanuel served as a Salesforce Administrator for Trailhead Military by Salesforce from October 2020 to September 2021 and completed a Fellowship with Hiring Our Heroes at Publicis Sapient. Prior military experience includes the role of Operations Supervisor in the US Army, overseeing busy clinic operations and providing medical liaison support between agencies. Additional experience includes roles at Amgen as a Help Desk Support Specialist, Vodafone Ghana in Customer Service, Time Capital Microfinance Ltd as Operations Manager, and G.C.B Bank Ltd as a Customer Service Representative. Emmanuel holds a Master of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from Webster University and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Philosophy from the University of Ghana, along with certifications from Salesforce Military and Simplilearn as an Agile Scrum Master.
