Rushikesh Shinde

Rushikesh Shinde is an Associate Software Developer at Publicis Sapient since July 2025, following a role as a Software Engineer at Neova Solutions from April 2023 to September 2025. During time at Neova Solutions, Rushikesh successfully managed backend delivery independently after a significant team reduction, ensuring timely project releases. Additionally, Rushikesh developed and integrated over 60 REST APIs using Spring Boot, implementing security measures with Spring Security. Rushikesh holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Telecommunication from Dr. D. Y. Patil Institute of Technology, completed in 2023, and attended Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya from July 2012 to June 2019.
