Michelle Foster

Michelle Foster, M.S.Ed, PHR, SHRM-CP is currently the Vice President of HR Technology & Compliance at Publicis Worldwide. Prior to this role, Michelle was the Manager of HR Compliance and Audit at Epsilon and the Associate Director of Human Resources at Kenyon College. Michelle holds a Master of Science in Education from the University of Dayton, a Bachelor of Science in Management from the University of Phoenix, and an Associate of Arts from St. Petersburg College. Michelle has extensive experience in overseeing HR technology, compliance systems, and audit processes, as well as leading teams and implementing process improvements.
