Melanie Tobal

Melanie Tobal is the founder and president of Publicitarias, an NGO promoting diversity and gender perspective in the fields of advertising, marketing, design, and communication. Melanie is also the co-founder and DGC of Hermana, an inclusive advertising agency. Melanie is a professor at Brother Escuela de Creativos, teaching digital creativity and design thinking. Melanie was previously the creative director at Posta Studios and worked as a freelance creative consultant and content creator for various brands. Melanie has a background in advertising, design, and communication, with a postgraduate degree in Ethnic, Cultural Minority, Gender, and Group Studies from the University of Buenos Aires.
