Abdalmassih Yakeen

Abdalmassih Yakeen's work experience includes several roles in different companies. From 2016 to 2016, they worked as a Translator/Transcriber for SME Club, where they translated and audited marketing-related forms and transcribed customer interviews.

In 2017, they joined AMeSCom as a System Designer & Sr. Backend Developer. In this role, they co-worked on the system design and implementation of a Basel-II-compliant Operational Risk Management software application. Abdalmassih also designed information models and held pre-implementation discussions with business specialists and management.

From 2019 to 2022, Abdalmassih worked at L-One Systems as a Senior Web Developer and later as a Full-stack Web Developer. Abdalmassih contributed to the avalex.de project, a legaltech startup that provides automatically updated legal texts for websites. Abdalmassih led the technical team, formulated project goals, and migrated from static legal text forms to dynamic UI form builders. Abdalmassih also implemented the avalex Data Privacy Policy Checker.

In 2022, Abdalmassih joined Wunder Mobility as a Backend Engineer. Abdalmassih worked on Fleetbird, a vehicle sharing white-label app, where they implemented various features, conducted testing and bugfixing, and used technologies such as Yii2, MySQL, MongoDB, and Docker.

Currently, Abdalmassih is a Senior PHP Developer at publicplan GmbH, where they started in 2023. Further information about their role and responsibilities is not provided.

Abdalmassih Yakeen holds a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering and Information Systems from Damascus University. In addition, they have obtained several certifications, including being a Certified PHP Developer from W3Schools.com, completing MySQL Essential Training from LinkedIn, achieving the A2 level in German Language from TANDEM International e.V., and completing various online courses such as "Getting Started with Spring Boot," "Laravel 9.0 Essential Training," "Microservices: Design Patterns," and "Spring 6 and Spring Boot 3 First Look." Abdalmassih also obtained the English Language certification from EF Standard English Test (EF SET) and the A1 level in German Language from Busuu. Their earliest certification, "MVC Frameworks for Building PHP Web Applications," was obtained from Lynda.com in December 2016.
