Academic publishing is expensive, opaque, and structurally misaligned with the interests of the institutions that fund it. Publishing Gateway is built to change that.
We are a publisher-neutral platform that gives academic institutions full control and visibility over their researchers' publishing workflows — from manuscript submission through peer review, production, and journal placement.
For institutions and research libraries, Publishing Gateway provides a dedicated portal with complete oversight of APC spend, workflow status, and cost allocation — without being locked into any publisher's ecosystem.

For researchers, it eliminates the administrative overhead that sits between a completed manuscript and a journal-ready submission: formatting, reference verification, integrity checks, peer review, and AI-assisted journal matching.

For publishers, it provides access to high-quality, production-ready manuscripts that arrive pre-formatted and pre-verified — reducing per-article handling costs by 20–30%.
We sit upstream of the publisher. We take no rights over research. We have no stake in where work is published.
Publishing Gateway is currently in early pilot phase, working with academic institutions to understand and redesign how publication budgets and workflows are managed.
