Rafael Hakobian

Rafael Hakobian has extensive experience in product and project management, currently serving at NOORLOGIC LLC since February 2019, and acting as a technical advisor at Publisto since January 2020. As president of the Board of Council at "Arpa-Sevan" OJSC since July 2017, Rafael has also held the role of Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist at RAED PIU from March 2021 to April 2023. Previous consultancy roles include positions at AVAG Solutions Ltd, the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Armenia, Eurasia Partnership Foundation, and USAID. Rafael's academic background includes a Master of Public Administration from The London School of Economics and Political Science and a BSc in Oriental Studies from Yerevan State University, accompanied by a certificate in Arabic language from the Arabic Teaching Institute.
