In Italy the Mediaset Group manages all the advertising activities supported by the sales company Publitalia '80 SpA, and two wholly-owned subsidiaries, Digitalia '08 Srl and Publieurope Ltd.

Publitalia ‘80 is leader in Europe for advertising earns. It exclusively sells advertising for Mediaset free to air channels, Mediaset Play, and, overall, had a portfolio of 1,000 clients. 

Digitalia '08 is the specialised advertising sales company for the Mediaset channels, broadcast on Sky platform, . 

In the context of an advertising market that is increasingly international in its outlook, Publitalia ‘80 has entrusted Publieurope Ltd., a company founded in 1996, with the task of organising an adequate response to the European market and the aim of generating additional revenues.
The sales activity, which are run from offices in London, Munich, Paris and Lausanne, with the active cooperation of Publiespaña, the Mediaset advertising sales company in Spain.
