Previously, Bob dedicated over three decades to Target, holding multiple leadership roles including District Facilities Management/Operations Manager, where oversight was provided for facilities across South Florida, managing a diverse team and ensuring the reliability of operations. Other notable positions at Target included District Facilities Manager, Building Services Supervisor, and Distribution Center Supervisor, focusing on maintenance, repairs, and operational support for various locations. Bob’s career commenced as an Elevator Technician, progressing through roles of increasing responsibility. Bob holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix, earned between 2006 and 2009.
