They previously served as Vice President of Technology at Net Conversion, where they led the development of the Conversionomics data transformation platform. As the founder and Solution Architect at Ceroic, they specialized in custom mobile and web applications for small businesses. They held roles at Pinnacol Assurance and Global Travel International, where they significantly improved internal systems and developed large-scale management tools. Grant is also certified as a Google Cloud Professional Data Engineer and Professional Cloud Architect.
