Greg Estroff

Greg Estroff is an experienced instructional content developer and technical writer, currently working at Publix Super Markets since December 2015. In this role, Greg has transformed various departmental procedures and training documentation into electronic references using SharePoint CMS, while also overseeing the website migration process. Previous positions include Marketing Content Manager, where Greg implemented marketing campaigns and created comprehensive guides for Sitecore CMS, and Digital Writer/Editor at WellCare Health Plans, where Greg contributed to a large-scale web redesign. With a background in web editing and content management at organizations such as WTA and Bay News 9, Greg's academic foundation includes a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Florida.
